Description:
The Special Intensive Revision (Enumeration Phase) commenced on 30th June 2026 in all the 898 parts of all the 15 Assembly Constituencies in East Khasi Hills District.
The distribution of Enumeration Forms is proceeding smoothly with active participation of the electorate in all the Assembly Constituencies.
The District SIR Helpline received sixty two (62) calls as on 11th July 2026 and the issues were resolved.
Shri. R. Wahlang, MCS, Electoral Registration Officer, 15-Mawlai (ST) Assembly Constituency, Kum. Sonnet Jose, IAS, Electoral Registration Officer, 19-South Shillong (GEN) Assembly Constituency and Smti. D. Shylla, Assistant Electoral Registration Officer, 14- Pynthorumkhrah (GEN) Assembly Constituency conducted field visits on the 11th July 2026 to supervise and assess the house to house visits by BLOs
