I, Smti. Rosetta Mary Kurbah, IAS. District Magistrate. East Khasi Hills, Shillong, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under Section 163 BNSS do hereby prohibit Erection of a Gate at Mawlyngad Pepbah Village along the PWD Road at Pepbah road and allow free movement of the general public of both the villages.
In view of the urgency of the matter, this order is being passed ex parte and it shall come into force with immediate effect and remain in force until further orders
