Functions: To receive complaints of sexual harassment from establishments where the Internal Committee has not been constituted due to having less than ten workers or the complaint is against the employer himself.

Terms: The Chairperson and every members of the Local Committee shall hold office for such periods, not exceeding three years from the date of their appointment
