Description:
Following the Claims and Objections period, the Notice Phase and Disposal of Claims and Objections will be carried out from 5th August, 2026 to 17th October 2026, after which the Final Electoral Roll will be published on 21st October 2026.
Hearing for the Electors who could not be mapped with the Last SIR, 2005 and discrepancies flagged during the SIR phase has been started from 18th August, 2026 and completed in 133 Polling Stations in the district as on 14-09-2026.
The District SIR Helpline has not received any calls till date.
Hearing for the electors of the remaining polling stations is still ongoing as per the schedules which are available on our official district website: https://northgarohills.gov.in.
Any clarification regarding the hearing schedule, claims and objections can be raised through the district Grievance Redressal Helpline No. 9612177088
