I am directed to say that the issue of Retention/Renewal of temporary posts (Gazetted and Non-Gazetted posts) beyond 29.02.12 by the Administrative Departments has again been considered by the Finance Department. It has been decided that the procedure as outlined in the Circular No.FC.II/12/72/Pt./20 dated 02.02.85 (copy enclosed for ready reference) be strictly followed during the year 2012-2013.
